Understanding withdrawal fees
E4U charges a withdrawal fee to cover the operational costs associated with processing seller payouts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may also be subject to network or processor fees. These external fees are separate from E4U's platform fee.
The Payoneer fee shown in your withdrawal is an E4U withdrawal fee, not a Payoneer charge. Where an external fee applies and cannot be determined in advance, it is shown as an estimate rather than a fixed amount.
How the amount is calculated
Example only, using the Payoneer fee. Every fee is calculated on the server from the configured E4U fee settings and shown to you in full before you confirm. No fee is deducted twice.
