Terms of Service

E4U is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of gaming accounts, currency, items, and services. These terms explain how the platform works, what we protect, and what risks exist when trading digital goods.

Last updated: June 2026

Escrow Protected

Funds held until delivery confirmed.

Fair Mediation

Disputes reviewed with evidence.

Secure Payments

Encrypted transactions only.

1. Marketplace Nature

E4U operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace platform. We do not buy, sell, or take ownership of any accounts, currency, items, or services listed. All transactions occur directly between independent buyers and sellers. E4U provides the venue, payment infrastructure, and escrow protection — we are not a party to any sale.

2. Escrow Protection

Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the delivered goods or services. If a dispute arises, E4U will mediate based on evidence provided by both parties. Chargebacks initiated outside the platform may result in account suspension. E4U reserves the right to make final determinations on escrow releases.

3. Buyer Risks & Disclaimers

Buying third-party game accounts, currency, or services carries inherent risks. Game publishers may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts obtained outside official channels at any time. E4U does not guarantee the permanent safety, longevity, or continued access of any purchased account or item. All sales are "as-is" with respect to publisher actions. Buyers acknowledge these risks before purchasing.

4. No Responsibility for Publisher Actions

E4U has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or control over game publishers, developers, or platform operators (e.g., Activision, Riot Games, Epic Games, Sony, Microsoft, Steam, etc.). We are not liable for account bans, suspensions, rollbacks, or any punitive measures taken by third-party publishers. Any dispute regarding publisher enforcement must be directed to the publisher, not E4U.

5. Seller Obligations

Sellers must accurately describe listings, deliver goods promptly after payment, and maintain full ownership rights until transfer is complete. Sellers may not list stolen goods, fraudulently obtained accounts, or services that violate a game's Terms of Service. Failure to deliver or misrepresentation may result in forfeiture of funds, account suspension, and permanent ban from the platform.

6. Fees & Payouts

E4U charges a marketplace fee on completed transactions, displayed clearly before checkout. Sellers receive payouts to their linked withdrawal method after the buyer confirms delivery or the inspection period expires. E4U is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

7. Prohibited Items & Services

The following are strictly prohibited: hacked or stolen accounts, accounts obtained through fraud, real-money gambling services, cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, unauthorized currency duplication, and any listing that promotes illegal activity. E4U reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E4U and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or account suspension by publishers, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in fees to E4U in the 12 months preceding the claim.

For Buyers

You are protected by escrow. If a seller fails to deliver, you receive a full refund. Always inspect your purchase before confirming delivery.
