Every payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Sellers never receive funds upfront, and buyers never lose money to non-delivery. Disputes freeze funds automatically while our team reviews the case.
Sellers with active listings must complete identity verification. Verified sellers display a badge on their profile and listing pages. We review every new listing for accuracy, prohibited content, and policy compliance before it goes live.
All sensitive data — passwords, payment details, and identity documents — is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256. We never store full payment card numbers. Session tokens rotate automatically to prevent hijacking.
Our automated systems flag suspicious behavior in real time: unusual login locations, rapid listing changes, off-platform contact attempts, and payment anomalies. Flagged accounts are temporarily restricted pending manual review.
If a trade goes wrong, either party can open a dispute within 72 hours. Our mediation team reviews evidence from both sides — screenshots, chat logs, and delivery timestamps — and issues a binding decision, usually within 24 hours.
Never take communication or payment off E4U. Don't share your password with anyone, including people claiming to be support. Confirm delivery only after logging into the purchased account and changing credentials. Report suspicious listings immediately.
