We collect information you provide directly: name, email, display name, profile avatar, and payment details. We also collect transaction data, listing content, chat messages, and device / IP information for security and fraud prevention. Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and remember preferences.
Your data is used to operate the marketplace: process payments, facilitate trades, verify identity, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve platform performance and user experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
All data is stored on secure servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 5 years after closure for legal and tax compliance purposes.
We use trusted third parties for payment processing, identity verification, and email delivery. These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data from Account → Settings → Data Export. To request deletion, contact support. Some data may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. Deletion removes your profile, listings, and chat history from active systems. Some transactional records are retained for legal compliance. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
