Seller Agreement

Welcome to the E4U Marketplace.

This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between E4U and all users who list, sell, or offer digital products or services on the marketplace.

By creating a seller account or publishing listings, you agree to comply with this agreement, the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all marketplace rules.

To sell on E4U, sellers must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to conduct business.
• Provide accurate account information.
• Maintain secure access to their account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Accept responsibility for every listing they publish.

Every listing must:

• Contain accurate descriptions.
• Include truthful product information.
• Clearly state what the buyer will receive.
• Use genuine screenshots when applicable.
• Not contain misleading titles or images.
• Comply with E4U marketplace rules.

Listings may be edited, hidden, or removed by E4U if they violate marketplace policies.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Delivering purchased products within the advertised delivery time.
• Responding to buyers professionally.
• Providing complete and functional digital products.
• Assisting buyers when delivery issues occur.

Repeated delivery failures may result in seller penalties.

Sellers may not list:

• Stolen or unauthorized accounts.
• Fraudulent products.
• Counterfeit digital goods.
• Products obtained through hacking, phishing, or exploits.
• Illegal software.
• Malware or harmful files.
• Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Adult, offensive, or prohibited content.
• Products that violate applicable laws.

E4U may immediately remove prohibited listings and suspend the seller.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Protecting their login credentials.
• Using strong passwords.
• Enabling two-factor authentication when available.
• Reporting unauthorized account access immediately.

E4U is not responsible for losses caused by compromised seller accounts.

Sellers are free to determine their own prices. However:

• Prices must be displayed honestly.
• Hidden fees are prohibited.
• Artificial price manipulation is prohibited.

E4U charges marketplace commissions according to the seller's current fee tier.

Marketplace fees are automatically deducted from completed sales before payouts.

Current commission rates are displayed in the seller dashboard and may change with prior notice.

Eligible earnings may be withdrawn using supported payout methods:

• PayPal
• Payoneer
• Cryptocurrency

Payouts:

• May require identity verification.
• Are manually reviewed.
• May take several business days to process.
• May be delayed if suspicious activity is detected.

If a buyer submits a dispute:

• Sellers may be asked to provide evidence.
• E4U Support will review all available information.
• E4U reserves the right to determine the outcome.

Approved buyer refunds may be deducted from seller balances where appropriate.

E4U monitors seller performance including:

• Delivery speed
• Order completion rate
• Customer satisfaction
• Refund rate
• Policy violations
• Fraud reports

Poor performance may result in reduced visibility, temporary restrictions, or permanent suspension.

Sellers may not:

• Manipulate reviews.
• Create fake orders.
• Harass buyers.
• Circumvent marketplace fees.
• Conduct transactions outside E4U.
• Share contact information to avoid marketplace protections.
• Abuse refunds or disputes.
• Attempt to manipulate rankings.

Sellers represent and warrant that they own or have the legal right to sell every listed product.

Sellers are fully responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from their listings.

E4U may suspend or permanently terminate seller accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Chargeback abuse.
• Repeated policy violations.
• Selling prohibited products.
• Misleading listings.
• Copyright infringement.
• Marketplace manipulation.

Termination decisions are made at E4U's sole discretion.

E4U acts solely as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. E4U is not responsible for:

• Loss of profits.
• Business interruption.
• Data loss.
• Third-party actions.
• Buyer or seller misconduct.
• External platform restrictions.

E4U may modify this Seller Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

By creating a seller account, publishing listings, or completing sales, sellers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Seller Agreement.
