Seller Ranking System
Ranks are earned through monthly completed sales, successful deliveries, positive feedback, and account standing. All thresholds must be met to promote — fall below any one and you drop a tier.

Automatic rank updates
Ranks recalculate continuously based on your rolling 30-day numbers. Promotions are instant when every threshold is met; demotions apply after a 7-day grace period if metrics fall below your current tier's floor. Mythic is invite-only and requires admin confirmation that no disputes are open.
02 — Fees
Commission by Seller Rank
Two rate cards — one for In-Game Assets, one for Other Services. Payment processor fees are absorbed into the marketplace commission, so your payout is exactly sale price − commission. What does this mean?

07 — Protection
E4U Protection
Every transaction is protected by E4U. Buyers never lose money to non-delivery, and sellers are paid the moment delivery is confirmed.

Buyer pays
Funds are charged and protected by E4U.

Seller delivers
Delivery is timestamped through the platform.
- Step 03
Inspection window
Buyer has 24–72h to verify; auto-release after.
- Step 04
Release to seller
Funds released to your wallet, commission deducted.
- Step 05
Dispute (if needed)
Either party can open one; funds freeze pending review.
- Step 06
Resolution
Moderation issues a binding decision, typically within 24h.

Disputes, Refunds & Warranty
Dispute process
- Open a dispute within 72h of delivery.
- Funds freeze automatically under E4U Protection.
- Both parties submit evidence in 48h.
- Moderation issues a binding decision.
Warranty windows
- 24h — basic (default).
- 7 days — recommended for accounts.
- 30 days — Apex/Mythic exclusive.
Account recovery
If the original owner recovers an account during warranty, E4U refunds the buyer in full and pursues clawback. Repeat incidents = permanent suspension.
09 — Rules
Marketplace Rules
Prohibited activities
- •Selling stolen, hacked, or chargeback-sourced accounts.
- •Listings that violate a game publisher's ToS in restricted jurisdictions.
- •Malware, cheats, or boosting services that bypass bans.
- •Impersonating staff, sellers, or publishers.
Fraud prevention
- •Multi-accounting to inflate ratings or evade bans.
- •Fake feedback, paid reviews, or rating manipulation.
- •Phishing buyers for credentials or 2FA codes.
- •Chargeback fraud and triangulation schemes.
Off-platform trading
- •All payments and communications stay on E4U. Off-platform = void E4U Protection.
- •Sharing Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp/email to move a deal is a permanent ban.
- •Linking external processors (PayPal F&F, raw crypto wallets) in chat is prohibited.
