Community Standards
Marketplace Rules
These rules apply to everyone who buys or sells on E4U. They exist so an order here is safer than a deal in a chat server. Breaking them costs you the account.
01 — Rule set
Listing standards
Every listing must describe exactly what the buyer receives.
- Title, price, region/server and included items must match reality — no bait pricing or hidden extras.
- Screenshots must be of the actual product. No stock art passed off as inventory.
- State clearly whether the original email/recovery data is included.
- One listing per product. Re-posting the same product to climb search is spam.
- Sold or unavailable products must be delisted, not left live to farm messages.
02 — Rule set
Delivery duties
Delivery time is a promise, not an estimate.
- Deliver within the delivery time shown on your listing, measured from payment.
- Delivery happens inside the order chat so it is timestamped and reviewable.
- Late or missing delivery lets the buyer cancel for a full refund.
- Never ask a buyer to confirm receipt before they actually have the product.
- Warranty periods you advertise are binding for their full length.
03 — Rule set
Communication & conduct
Keep it civil, keep it on E4U.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or pressure tactics in chat or reviews.
- No spamming buyers with unsolicited offers or repeat messages.
- No sharing another person's private data, ever.
- Staff will never ask for your password or 2FA code — anyone who does is impersonating us.
04 — Rule set
Prohibited activity
These end an account, usually on the first offence.
- Selling stolen, hacked or chargeback-sourced accounts.
- Products that break a publisher's terms in restricted jurisdictions.
- Malware, cheats, or services designed to bypass bans.
- Impersonating staff, other sellers, or a game publisher.
- Recovering or reclaiming a product after it has been sold.
05 — Rule set
Fraud & manipulation
Trust signals only mean something if they are earned.
- No multi-accounting to inflate ratings or dodge a restriction.
- No fake feedback, traded reviews or paid ratings.
- No phishing buyers or sellers for credentials or 2FA codes.
- No chargeback fraud, triangulation, or laundering through orders.
- No fake disputes or evidence — fabricated proof is treated as fraud.
06 — Rule set
Off-platform trading
Protection only exists on orders that happen here.
- All payment and communication stays on E4U.
- Moving a deal to Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp or email is a permanent ban.
- Posting external payment links or wallet addresses in chat is prohibited.
- An off-platform deal voids E4U Protection for both sides — we cannot refund what we never held.
07 — Consequences
How rules are enforced
Severity decides the step — we do not always start at the bottom.
Warning
A first minor breach: the content is removed and you are told exactly what to change.
Restriction
Listing, messaging or offer limits for a set period while behaviour is monitored.
Suspension
Account frozen. Open orders are completed or refunded under staff supervision.
Permanent ban
Fraud, stolen goods or off-platform trading. Held funds may be withheld for victim refunds.
Appeals
Every action can be appealed once. Open a ticket in the Help Center with your order references and any evidence. A moderator who was not involved in the original decision reviews it, normally within 24 hours.
